Ramaa – the Saviour is a fast-paced, edge of your seat jungle adventure film with a central cast of children. It’s a story of six kids – Rohan , Riddhi , Kunal , Komal , Sameer and Saanjh. Rohan and Riddhi are siblings studying in a public school with Sameer while Kunal and Komal study in an international school. They face each other in a dance competition where they try to defeat each other but competition results in a tie. As a winning prize, these 6 kids become first to play a newly launched video game – The Last Battle.

While playing the game, the game room starts flickering and before anyone could realize, kids find themselves on a very beautiful island.

The children, while exploring the island, run into a spot of trouble. Riddhi is attacked by huge giant man like a creature Vali who is almost double the size of human being. But she is rescued by a young man – Ramaa who is been living in this jungle all alone throughout his life.

Danger arrives in the form of a boat commanded by Kali with a small army of mercenaries, and a brilliant and beautiful scientist assistant - Samara.

The rest of the tale unfolds as Ramaa and the kids come to their friend's rescue, resulting in Kali demanding Ramaa to show him the way to the river. How will Ramaa and children get out of this spot and save their lives? And will they be able to defeat Kali and save the treasure? Will they be able to get back to the world they have come from? All these questions are answered in the second half off the film.

An gamming adventures ride which will transport every kid viewing the film to this beautiful island of Azzra full off magic, gizmos, live interaction with wild animals, living in the jungle adventure, having to face all the danger and survive it on their own and a lot more, but not alone they will want to be accompanied with their parents who will equally enjoy the cinematic experience of a life time.

Yamla Pagla Deewana's first look was launched on the Independence Day - August 15, 2010 which started all the excitement. The three deols Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby were coming together once again after the 2007 Hit Apne, which did well all over especially Punjab.

This excitement has converted into a rage since the Official Trailer has been released this Diwali - November 5, 2010 across all the theaters and online media. In Just 1 Week down the line the official trailer has got around 319,633 hits already on youtube and is increasing every second.

It is being shared on all popular social networking sites and is being viewed on many portals as well. The trailer has not even hit the idiot box yet but has become a rage thanks to the three deols.

What is more interesting is that few months ago Dabangg's trailer did gather the same response and was scheduled to release on Eid which was a masterstroke, the rest as you know is history.

Yamla Pagla Deewana has gone a step ahead since the trailers are yet to hit the TV screens, we mean the teasers and promos running on TV channels, its being shown only in theatres and is spreading on the internet like fire. The makers here too are getting it right as far as the release date is concerned by getting a solo release on the festival of Lohri - January 14, 2011, a celebration time in Punjab and North India which is the primary territory of the Deols.

Celebrities like Ritesh Deshmukh, Tarun Mansukhani< kunal Kohli and Anupam Kher had already tweeted their excitement with respect to the movie, the trailer and the Deols. The Official Facebook Fan Page and Twitter profile has fans buzzing around eagerly awaiting the Deol Opus. The trailer has added to their excitement and they have been liking and sharing links on every possible network.

The heartening response of this trailer has given plenty of relief to the Deols. In this decade, Sunny Deol has hits like Gadar(2001), Indian(2001) and Apne(2007) while Bobby Deol has hits like Humraaz(2002), Apne(2007) and Dostana(2008) to his credit.

Getting only 3 hits in 10 years is not what the Deols are known for, but major reason why few good movies haven't done a face saving business has been their shyness towards media and promotion. But YPD promotions and Sunny Deol appearing every where in the look of Parminder Singh Dhillon have given a hint that these Deols are going to come all guns blazing for promotions this time.

Hopefully if that is true, may be 2011 will start off with a blockbuster in its 2nd week itself.
